Terms of Use
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of Spin at spin.pickwhich.one, made by Danny Garcia. By using Spin you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Spin.
The service
Spin is a completely free, vinyl-style music player for the web, with no ads, subscriptions or paid features. It includes original demo tracks and, if you choose, can play music from your own Apple Music subscription. Features may change, and Spin may be paused or discontinued at any time.
Apple Music
- Playing Apple Music in Spin requires your own active Apple Music subscription. Spin doesn’t sell, include or resell Apple Music access, and nothing in Spin unlocks Apple Music content.
- Your use of Apple Music is also governed by Apple’s terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Music, artwork and related information from Apple Music are shown only while you browse and play them in Spin. You may not use Spin to record, download, copy or redistribute Apple Music content.
- Spin is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple. Apple and Apple Music are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
Your account
Accounts are optional and are used only to sync your settings. Keep access to your email secure, because it’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse Spin. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around its security or rate limits, scraping it, using it to break the law or anyone’s rights, or using automated means to create accounts.
Spin’s content
Spin’s design, code, original demo music and generated artwork belong to Danny Garcia. You may use Spin for personal, non-commercial listening. Third-party content, including Apple Music content, belongs to its respective owners.
Disclaimers
Spin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I don’t guarantee that Spin will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danny Garcia won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Spin. Because Spin is free, total liability for any claim relating to Spin is limited to US $10. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when I do. Continuing to use Spin after changes means you accept them.
